ユニークな姿の山菜「コゴミ」。

渦巻状に丸まっている若芽の先端が、人が屈（かが）んでいるように見えるため「カガミ→コゴミ」と呼ばれるようになったとか。

アクがなく下処理は不要、さっと茹でて胡麻和えや白和えがおススメ。

A unique edible wild plant “Kogomi”.

The tip of the young sprout, which is curled up in a spiral shape, seems to be bent over, so it has come to be called “Kagami-> Kogomi”.

There is no lye and no pretreatment is required. Boiled quickly and mixed with sesame and white is recommended.
